Situated on 1/4 acre, our Cocoa Beach home is a 1600 sqft, one story 3 bed 2 bath, split floor plan residence. The private back yard has a beautiful heated pool, 5-person hot tub, paver patio, and a lush grassy area for all lounging preferences! Exceptionally located in a quiet neighborhood East of A1A, it is 4 houses to the beach, an 8 minute walk North to the Pier and 8 minutes South to Ron Jon's Surf shop as well as several restaurants/bars and other local attractions. Bicycles are provided for you to cruise and explore.
Beach days come ready-made with all gear & toys pictured including 8' soft top surf boards, boogie boards, backpack beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more to enjoy all the beach fun and create life lasting Cocoa Beach memories!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Flamingo. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beach gear was great, complete with a beach wagon to haul it over in. There was a brand new beach umbrella, though we couldn't use it because it was way too windy.The hot tub did break down while we were there. The property managers did try to get it working and provided a discount when they could not (we only stayed a couple days). The pool was great. It was mostly used by my kids and they loved it, even using it before we checked out on the last day.
